I found this wild cucurbits plant growing in the jungle .

Do.you know if i can eat The leaves of this plant?

That looks like it might be a Moschata from the leaves.

If that is correct then the leaves might be edible though I have no experience.

I hope one of our experts will speak up ....

Lagenaria genus, birdhouse gourds. The smell of the foliage really offends my sensibilities. I eat the young fruits, before they harden.

Taste it. If it tastes bitter, that's a sign of poison, spit, and don't eat more.
