A lot of us want to focus less on annuals and more on perennials, but what to do about lettuce?

We have made wild salads for a long time, for ourselves and our market, a 100% tree salad is a challenge I've always been working towards. Lots of stuff in the Spring, Basswood/Linden is probably my favorite.
