Would you rather a neighbor bring a snack, but never choose or make your own snack?

Would you rather have a neighbor bring you a snack whenever you are working in the garden, but never get to choose the snack or have to go get your own snack?

As someone on the World's Most Picky Eater list... I would probably go get my own snack. I'd be grateful of course... but trying to pretend to like the food would be hard.

I usually have a pile of dietary restrictions, that change fairly rapidly. The odds they will actually bring a snack I can eat are VERY low.  So no, don't bring me a snack. I'd like one, but odds are high it won't be what I can eat that day.

I recently learned to make sourdough crackers and they have been very good. Anyway I love making all sorts of small quantities of tested recipes and culinary experiments and so I’d quite enjoy making my own. But then I’d want to be the one to give them away too and that is even more fun.
