I own a company that focuses on blade sharpening (mostly for bowhunters) but sharp knives in the kitchen are also important.

I made this video to help people that struggle to sharpen a knife.

Great video and explanation!  I always struggle (or assume I'll struggle) with holding the angle consistently.  I'm sure it takes practice and I worry how many mess ups I'll have while getting that practice.
