I'm breaking out!! I bought 10 acres in ontario canada near north bay,all bush on a side of a hill with rolling ups and downs and flats everywhere, south side bonus! I have people renting one acre and living in a house they built in four months and stared there homesteading ,only 4 more lots available to like minded people ,unorganized and unincorperated township bonus! on a dead end road ,no power, only off gridders can come. we are doing the solar and windmills and battery's .you can build what you want and rent per month and when you want to leave no hard fellings . but everything that can not be moved will stay to the owner of the land to do with what he or she wants ,but why would you want to leave your home?,we want friendly people to help out and stay long term like a big family. we do have a backhoe and opperator you can rent very cheep and we all would be interested to do perma with everyone ,the owner will set 1/2 acre for the community to do there perma on.Rent will be cheep and stay the same for as long as you stay and pay rent ,no transfers of renters to other people.you will need to set up for insurance as the land owner will not hold any liability on what you do on the property.and remember we get black fly's for two weeks in the spring ....and will be bad for two weeks, but then peters out and the wind help out a lot.we want to raise chickens ,rabbits, and other animals and start a buckwheat / sun flowers area for bees .please email Bobby
likeherATlive.ca for more info we are builders and carpenters ,log home builders, heavy machine operators,we do everything,we do have a well but you will need to do something for your water.

p.p.s we are 6 miles or 10 km from 2 small town with everything you need.and 45 min from north bay city,45 min from Algonquin park.
live rich or in the system and be in dept all your life.we do have internet with the Rogers stick, cell phone (90%)sun up to sun down after that, its 40%.

I have a couple of questions.

Are they available now?

Is there hunting and fishing nearby?

You mentioned you have a well, wind and solar, is it easily accessible? Are the lots accessible or are they landlocked?

How big are the lots? And what price are you looking at?

What kind of help are you looking for?

I understand you are asking $150 a month for a half acre, and $300 dollars a month for a full acre. Plus people will have to clear their own drive way, they can put up a trailer but not a house, and the land is only suitable for living on during the summer.

Is that correct?

Just wondering if there are still lots available? I am currently in Thunder Bay.
