Fun.

Although "totally self-sufficient" on an area the size of a tennis court rings alarm bells. He grows banana, spinach, tomato. Presumably he is importing rice or some such as his staple.

Wow - love it! The bottle island remind me of what Scott Kellogg and Stacy Pettigrew wrote about floating bioremediation islands that they made out of plastic bottles in nets and floated on a pond in a brownfield they were converting into a park.
