very mysterious.... Did they just wilt and keel over, disappear suddenly, any symptoms before they died? at two weeks they would have been pretty small still, I wonder like Anne whether it was a fungal disease. Seedlings can get stem rot fairly easily, it it was hot and wet that could be a possibility.
What seeds did you use? Same variety as you usually do? Do you landrace or save your own seed at all?
