Interesting permie activities that happen Jan-Mar in the SW USA?

Howdy permies, I'm planning a winter journey to the SW US.  Primarily AZ, CO and NM but UT, NV and CA are possibilities.  I'm seeking events/conferences/festivals/fairs/??? to consider attending as part of my journey.  Last year I attended the AZ renaissance fair and the Gem and Jam music festival which were both amazing.  This year I'm hoping to do the Winter Count primitive skills gathering.  It's hard to find things like that to do cuz google sucks so I figured I'd throw it out to my permie homies.  Any ideas of other things to add to my agenda?  Thanks!!!

ps. I'm not getting emails from permies so my responses may be delayed.

Not exactly permie activity but permie ish wintercountcamp.com send me a message soon tix go on sale soon

I recently read an article about all the local festival in Texas related to food.

I bet Arizona, New Mexico, etc has a lot of festival related to food.  I don't know about any specifically.
