Haha Love this thread! I also find it awesome that so many women were confident enough to pose semi-nude for a calendar Paul. Takes cojones if you ask me.

Joseph's physical transformation is amazing.
.......
We could have age categories.

Here's mine for the over 50 crowd.

Feel free to print it and hang it on your wall. Or it could make a nice screen saver. Photo shop it, and give me a duck head or put a cork backing for use as a dart board. So many possibilities. ☺

Well, it's a new year, so time to post a new entry for the Permies' Forum Sexy Calendar. For what it's worth, I am currently single...

I am at the lowest weight that I have been in decades... During warmer weather, I bike about 14 miles per day. I sewed the clothing myself so that I could get the sizes and styles that work best for me.

The forecast is for about an inch of rain per day for 3 days, and then a hard freeze when it clears up. Therefore, today was squash picking day!!!

As a side note, I weighed 186 pounds today, which is the lowest weight in decades. I've lost about 64 pounds from my maximum weight. The nutrient/activity log I've been keeping indicated that I could eat another 4100 calories tonight to maintain my current weight. I'm already stuffed. Can't imagine eating anything else.

It's a new year, so time to update my photo for the Permies Sexy Calendar. My weight is down about 20 pounds from this time last year. I took up running in November. I haven't lost weight since then, but it shifted from my belly/back to my legs.  I'm loving my calf muscles these days. I'm loving that veins show through the skin in my arms and legs. I'm loving "runner's high", and how good it makes me feel. It sure helps with the chronic pain in my neck/shoulder.  The increased blood flow has been great for my masculinity.

Since I started running, I have accumulated about 20 miles of running and 42 miles of walking. I walk 1/2 mile before and after runs to warm up and cool down. I'm currently running 7/8 mile every other day. When I first started, I would run 100 yards, and walk 200, then repeat a couple of times. I'm transitioning to running barefoot. I sure like the more intimate contact with the Earth.

Wow I missed this thread, though maybe for good reason! (A joke upon my looks and no one else).

Some of you may be interested to know that my wife and I got into photography in a rather strange way, we got married in July, but due to custody issues in New Hampshire, she could not live with me in Maine until October. It was tough to be newly married and unable to see each other, so we sent pictures back and forth. Today we continue that tradition, and if I am out on our farm and see a nice backdrop, using the self-timer on my camera and a tripod, I will snap a picture for her. And for me she will pose like in a Trash the Dress photo shoot, pictures on a wood boiler, and dressed up like the 1940's at a railroad for me. It is all in fun...

But this is truly me, and yes a recent one, and doing what I am known for; logging even if it is with axe and cross-cut saw in hand instead of a chainsaw.

Elle, it actually took "cojones" for me as well.

Travis is my real name after all, and I do go to church, and as you can tell from my farmer's tan, I NEVER take my shirt off, so there was several hesitations before I actually attached the photo and hit submit, scared to death as I did so.

Obviously I don't have six pack abs, nor do I work out at all, but it was strangely liberating too. Fun, if you will, as I have never revealed so much of me in public before.

I now know why my wife enjoys doing photo shoots (she models professionally on occasion). It is scary revealing flaws, but it is honesty at its best too. It was my way of saying, "Fellow Permies, this is me..." And sometimes its nice just to put a face to a name. I was scared, but I am glad I did it.

This is what a healthy male looks like at 52 and 3/4 years of age. My plan is to Coast until I'm 60, and then beef up, like Sylvester Stallone did for his last movie.

I've been feeling like a spartan recently. I really love being 70 pounds lighter!!! I have accumulated almost 50 miles running since November, and about 70 miles walking. I am doing much of my walking, running, and farming barefoot. Sure has made me a better farmer.

A selfie that doesn't break your monitor. See the hands that do a lot and the triangle I have in my hair? Freaked me out a few days ago to see that. (honest truth I can't compete against that Joseph Lofthouse centerfold there with the squash)

Ha! Neither can I. I was thinking that it would be nice to take another photo, since I'm harvesting squash again. Don't know how I'd do better than last year' photo...

I've never been known as a fashionista. Here's a weird thing. I've had this vest for several years, and on occasion it has been pointed out that it was not exactly my nicest looking piece of clothing. But just this week, it has received two compliments. One was just relating to how nice and warm it looked, and one was a young bearded fellow who walked by and said, cool vest. It isn't looking any better with age, nor am I, so it must be some sort of change in the culture of what's acceptable attire.

Then there's my coat. I've had no issues with it, except when I went downtown wearing only the coat, without a shirt beneath. My niece thought it was highly inappropriate for a man my age, to go downtown like that. Each to his own.
