Catching a domestic rabbit before the monsters get it

Try fresh bananas as bait in live traps. I've had many rabbits and they love bananas more than carrots.

We found someone to take the rabbit in question.  I don't do well rabbits.  There's just something about them that scares me.  What's with the carrots?  What do they need such good eyesight for anyway?



Ops, this was about the rabbits that came since that we didn't manage to catch
It was very sad
One morning we come and see the animal in pieces, one leg torn off.  Eye missing.  Much worse things.
And it's alive.
And screaming.
we give it a quick end.
and I'm still very angry and bitter about the people who drop rabbits off at our farm every easter for the monsters to eat.

Our bun, Lola, was known to dive into our mouths (or mostly attempt to) for bananas. She actually got her nose into hubs mouth, the first time, because it was totally unexpected, and she was so close and so fast! Bunnies cannot resist them.

Oh, Raven, I am so sorry the story had a horrible ending. Upsetting for you. If only the people who treat animals like toys and discard them with no thought to how they'd survive could see the gruesome results.
