Jesse is very particular about his ice cream. He comes off as easy-going, but it turns out the guy is VERY SPECIFIC about his ice cream preferences.
This has resulted in a running joke around Wheaton Labs, where we perform Jesse's monologue about ice cream preferences, in New York accent:

NO MINT
NO FRUIT
I LIKE CHOCOLATE IN MY ICE CREAM
BUT NOT CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
BUTTER PECAN YES
WALNUTS NO
IF I WANTED FRUIT, I'D GET A GELATO


This picture was taken at Big Dipper Ice Cream.
I had dinner there last week: two scoops in a waffle cone. 'Twas delicious.

The "aliveness" in these sculptures is incredible!

This is just one at the art park next to the museum. There are also life-sized sculptures of a horse, bison, and warrior on a horse (though I'm sure those are not the correct titles of the works).

I highly recommend you go check them out in person!
