Hi what can I do to ease the itching from many wasp stings? The burning has stopped but now my skin is crawling

How many is many? Itching sounds like an allergic reaction to me and I'd be reaching for an antihistamine (I've a niece with these kinds of allergies). I don't know of any natural antihistamines, but hopefully someone else here does.

I got stung over 36 hours ago so have had all the stuff they give you at ED and I'm taking extra antihistamines too. 60+ stings all head neck and shoulders and some very sore muscles where they got stuck right into them. I just hoped for something topical to stop the itching?

Cold compresses/ice would be my next line of defense, then. Sorry I don't have better suggestions. I hardly react to stings at all.

I'm glad you've already seen a doctor with an attack like that.

Try a topical antihistamine creme. Or make a paste of baking soda and water.

I have good luck with aloe vera gel. The relief only lasts so long, but it can be reapplied as needed.
