Hey everyone,
The rest of yesterday was so so special. Jaqi gifted me frankincense essential oil, Cass a petrified wood stone and sticker and Zach some body scrub and a cake!! Everyone here is so kind and I couldnt have asked/hoped for more. I finished the morning by working on some FPH maintenance and then Cass surprised me in the afternoon. He took me to a few cute spots in Missoula for my 21st:). I would not have wanted to spend it anywhere else. I can’t express my gratitude and appreciation. <3

Hey everyone,
Yesterday I helped Cass with some FPH maintenance in the morning and then in the afternoon Zach, Cass, Jen and I worked on the pavilion. We collected some sand, rocks and gravel. Then we filled the area with sand and leveled the rocks. Its coming along very nicely! For dinner, Jocelyn & Coco surprised me with some Cowboy caviar and some wine/drink testing for my birthday. I enjoyed a mojito with fresh mint from the garden, some wine samples and a rose liquor with dry vanilla soda(with some help of course..) It was so awesome, everyone hung out and had a drink / some food. We even opened Paul’s special cheese doodles with his permission(lol). This was such a thoughtful, generous and pleasant surprise. I’m so grateful/thankful for everything<3 After dinner Cass and I headed up to the lab to begin camping and doing some observations of the land. I enjoy being in the middle of the woods most of the time so it’s awesome that we get to spend some time there. Cass is helping me decide which plot to pick and right now I’m in between two! Hopefully by the end of the weekend I’ll have received clarity as to which I’ll choose. Happy Saturday!!

Hey everyone,
Yesterday Cass & I slept in and woke up in time to make brunch!(egg scramble & leftover birthday cake..with coffee too). We then had a lot of organizing / cleaning to do as we were moving our stuff from the love shack to the lab. After cleaning/organizing we made dinner(veggie stir fry)! Once we got back to the lab we set up the solar system, our storage tent, a fire pit and some blankets/chairs for sitting by the fire. Before bed we did some yoga, listened to a podcast and discussed the choice for my plot. I think I’ve made a decision! I’m so excited for whats to come! Happy Sunday!!<3

Good morning permies people,
Yesterday Cass&I started our morning by making some breakfast and doing some cleaning. We ordered Cass some more of a Lyme ease tincture and other supplements recommended in Stephen Buhner’s book. Then for dinner we made a veggie stir fry and strawberries/chocolate mousse for dessert! Afterwards we collected some firewood and headed to the lab. We walked around for about two hours, hung out by the fire and then headed to the airport to pick up Dave Burton(the newest boot)! Happy Monday!
