Premium access to "PDC and ATC video

Hi, I received an email with the subject line above, but in the message, it says this;

"Today, I have been activated because paul wheaton wants to give you access to the premium content of "PDC and ATC video (~220 hours) live, download and HD instant view - coming soon" on permies.com. But the email address I was given  was not found in my database.  There are two reasons I can think of for this:",

but I have gotten several other emails for other content access and not found this problem. I am clicking the link while logged in and the email address is correct, so I am not sure what to do to get access. Little help?

Any chance you know somebody named "jeff" and the email was sent to jeff?

My husband is Jeff and we both donated to the Kickstarter, but this particular email was sent to me at my email address, if that is what you are asking.

How old is the email that we are talking about?

It is dated May 26

Hi, I seem to be unable to view the HD streaming video of PDC and HTC. I am logged in and followed the link from the email to me that said "Today, I have been activated because paul wheaton wants to give you access to the premium content of "All of the PDC and ATC - HD instant view" Any thoughts on how to gain access? I feel I must be missing something...

Is the email associated with your permies.com account the same as the one that the link was sent to?

All of your content is here.   When you are logged in, you should see links to private, hidden forums.   It will be a bunch of highlighted blue text.  

OK, I actually am using two different emails for this, not sure if that needs to be changed. Also, when I clicked on the link that you said "here" would be the access to the videos, it still says they are available for purchase. For instance $125. Thanks in advance for any more help, and for that already attempted.

I clicked on the link in this thread, from Paul, right above here, not the link in the different email. That should certainly work. But it didn't.

And I was logged in when I did so...

when you click on that link right now, it still asks for payment?

I have now triple checked.

Yes, still has a video screen saying I can view if I pay. I"ll specify that I am clicking on the blue links in the table That has "evening presentations" in the upper left corner. Should I be clicking elsewhere? Thanks

The title should read "All of the PDC and ATC (~177 hours) - HD instant view"

When you see the part about "evening presentations" do not click on that.  Scroll down.  

What you are looking for is between "day 14" and "Related threads:"

Do not select links from the table.  That table will only take you to products that are for sale that you have not purchased.  

Notice the part of the table that says "this product"?  This is the key to the mystery.  When you see "this product" then you know that you are on the correct page.  All you have to do is scroll down to get your goodies.

OK- when I scroll ALL THE WAY DOWN to the bottom, where it lists private hidden forums, All of the content is located in four hidden, private forums:  

These seem to work. JUst so much going on on the site, it was not clear to me which link to choose. Should be ok now.

Ok do not want to be the crazy lady here but when I do as you suggest Paul and select one of the categories on the table and it says "this product" on the table, then I scroll down to video screen, it still has it for sale. I only ask because I can organize better with these links rather than the ones I mistakenly posted earlier. If you can't figure out what I am doing wrong, I will just keep using the other way in I figured out, with the link to the secret, private links...which takes me to a place where everything is mashed together - no worries either way.

There are five products.   They are arranged in a table to show what is in each product.  You own of the five.  Your product happens to include "evening presentations."  There is a product that contains ONLY the evening presentations.   If you go to the evening presentations page, it will ask you to buy that product.   If you go to the product page that you have purchased, it includes all of the evening presentation plus all of the rest of the PDC plus all of the ATC.  

If you go to the page that you have purchased, you get all the goodies.  

If you go to a page that is limited to less stuff then it will ask you for money.

If you log out (or time out) then you will need to log in again.
