Sharing notes on our chicken operation as we enter the cold season.  Things seem to be quite functional, our limiting factor currently being not enough chickens to eat all the free food!  Yeah, great design challenge!

Beautiful work Sean, thanks for continuing to share.  I always check Youtube for new videos from you.  My chicken run is filled with leaves and I'll put poly over it in a few weeks.  Hopefully the poly and the composting leaves and chicken poop keep it nice and warm for the ladies all winter.
