Fried tortilla shells for dinner.  Oily pan.  There wasn't enough for compost (that the oil in the bottom of the first photo).  Wiped pan with firestarters.  Some stubborn oil/tortilla mixture still there.  Used sea salt to scrub it out.  Wiped clean.  No hot water needed.

(If it needs to be something that has enough to be composted, let me know and I'll figure something out.  If, on the other hand, it's about not using water, I'm hoping this satisfies.)
