This is a Badge Bit (BB) that is part of the PEP Curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Natural Medicine.

For this BB you will create a tincture out of plantain leaf.

To show you've completed this BB you must post pictures of the following:

- picture of the plantain leaves, freshly harvested
- picture of the tincture being made
- picture of the finished tincture in its labeled jar.

Yay, plantain tincture!
I used organic vodka to cover the chopped plantain leaves.
The first recipe I saw said let it sit for 3 months, but I couldn’t find that recipe again and all the new ones I found all said 6-8 weeks… ended up being 9 weeks!
