(Note: I'm not entirely sure where this post belongs, so I took a guess. Mods, feel free to move it as you see fit.)
I frequently browse the shopgoodwill.com website. One quirk that I've noticed is that the person who types up the listing may or may not know what it is they're looking at. I've found some great deals that way, but it means having to look at the pictures, because the title and search function are no help.
Today,
this listing jumped out at me. Now, I'm not an expert on spinning wheels, but I've seen some in worse shape sell for hundreds of dollars. Shoot, I've seen single parts sell for more than what they're asking for the whole thing!
I'm too far away to take advantage of this, seeing that it's pickup-only. But I thought there might be someone here who would jump at the chance to buy it. I know I see a lot of people here wishing they had a spinning wheel but unable to afford one. They're asking $15.97 for the whole contraption, plus $3.99 for handling. So roughly $20 and a drive to Appleton, and it's yours.
