From their  Web site http://www.realseeds.co.uk/

How We Are Different

We're a bit different from other places you might get seed from.
We also grow these veg for our own use at home, so we really know how they grow & how they taste.

And we only offer what we know is really good, rather than listing lots of different varieties just for the sake of it.
Most importantly, every vegetable here has been chosen - from hundreds of trials - for a particular reason , which we try to explain in the description.

The website is designed and maintained by us personally - so it has been written by gardeners, for gardeners.
We want it to be easy to see what each vegetable does, how it grows, and when to sow it.

We really do hope you enjoy these vegetables as much as we have enjoyed tracking them down and trying them out.
Each and every one has been chosen for its merit in the kitchen as well as the garden.

Our aim is to offer you the very best seed of the best vegetable varieties we can find!

- best wishes for a great season from Ben, Kate, Catherine, Tam & Ian

I give this seed source 8 out of 10 acorns

I really like these folks they tick many great buttons
Varieties you cannot find elsewhere tick
encourage seed saving with detailed instructions on how to save seed tick
Reasonable cost tick fast delivery  tick
Discount for those unemployed tick
A wonderful company I really recommend you visit their site just to look and read and soak up the information

The only reason they do not get the full ten is that they are not certified organic

I give this seed source 10 out of 10 acorns,
I love their site and can spend hours filling up my basket with just one vegetable!
Not all their seed are organic but the ones that are are labeled as such.
I understand this as i am not a registered organic gardener but grow with out chemicals in the best earth i can possibly make. In the end the seeds that i save from the seeds that I bought will be as organic and some of the best vegetable you can eat but they will still not be registered organic.
With the real seed company you can tell that thir seeds are loved and that’s what makes them healthy and strong.
Looking forward to my 10 varieties of toms!!! This year, and my walking onions are doing well even if I did sit on them before being planted!!!

I give this seed source 10 out of 10 acorns.

I love the ethos of the company: they package everything in paper envelopes and post using cardboard (no plastic!), they are powered by renewable energy AND they post out seed-saving instructions and strongly encourage you to save your own seed.

Their seeds are high-quality and reasonably-priced. They offer a pretty good range of edibles, mostly heirloom or traditional varieties, and a few unusual crops too.

Love, love, love this company. They have some awesome varieties that are different to what I can get elsewhere. Can be a little speedy compared to other places, but for the things I can’t get anywhere else then I don’t mind paying the extra. Am hoping this will be the year I manage to order their oca before it sells out.

Cat talks about fish. Like it needs a fix. This tiny ad told me to never say "fix" to a cat person:
