HALP! My PEP Badge Tracker Workflowy Support

A thread for asking questions and reporting issues with "My PEP Badge Tracker"

Specifically, the Workflowy format.


Make sure that after adding the PEP Badge Tracker to your Workflowy, if it still has a blue bullet, to click the "dot dot dot" to the left of the blue Bullet, then click "duplicate."

Ok, so I offered the PEP Badge Tracker as a dailyish freebie.

Unintended consequence: I now no longer know exactly who has which version of the tracker. I used that knowledge to contact folks when there was an update to a Sand Badge.

If anyone needs help, and got the tracker through the dailyish freebie, be sure to post here so that I know you exist!

how do i move a section into the "badge begun.. work on BBs"?

like in trello, it's easy to drag and drop but it seems in workflowy you can't drag a bullet point and drop it where you want?

Hey Michael, it should work exactly as you describe: workflowy lets you click and drag a bullet.

Have you copied the shared list into your own workflowy? (It should be non-blue if so)

I got the workflowy template to load but it is not acting like the intro project I wandered through.  

Here are your instructions and my actions:
My PEP Badge Tracker - In Workflowy
Workflowy: Create a Workflowy Account - Done
Go to the "My PEP Badge Tracker" Template - done
Click the blue "Add to my Workflowy" button in the top-center, as seen below: I didn't see this.  The My PEP Badge Tracker is on my workflowy homepage but I am unable to edit it or move any of the BB like I can in Trello

Now "My PEP Badge Tracker" in Workflowy is yours!
Get Trackin' Your PEP Badges!

Any insight you can offer would be helpful.  From my perusal so far, I am more inclined to use Workflowy then trello

From the screenshot I can see:
- you're logged in - check
- your PEP Badge Tracker now has a different URL than the template - check

I think it might already be copied to your account. Can you perhaps try typing text in the existing bullets, making new bullets, or moving the bullets around?

Alternately, if when you go to your Workflowy home (the house button), and the PEP Badge Tracker is still a blue bullet, you'll need to do the following:

Click the "dot dot dot" to the left of the blue Bullet, then click "duplicate."


It appears Workflowy may have changed this part of the UI a bit since I last updated the main how-to.

Mine was still blue.  I was able to duplicate and now it works.  I can edit :)
