Hi everyone, I have a beautiful 14 acre piece of land in the gorgeous San Diego backcountry near the famous 3 sister waterfalls! I am looking for an adventurous person/couple/friends to develop an off grid, self sufficient homestead. I will have solar panels with batteries for off grid power and water access. I am looking for someone to apply permaculture with off grid sustainable practices (eg. starting a permaculture food forest/raising chickens and goats) to show the world that humans can not only survive but THRIVE outside the corporate big AG machinery that so many people are dependent on.

If interested please email me a little about yourself and your experience to ron.tongbai@gmail.com

In that beautiful terrain I would mostly be concerned about how to protect the community from wildfire!

Hi Ronald, could you elaborate a bit upon the arrangement?  Would you be living there too?  Are you looking to employ someone to do this or to charge someone to stay there or something else?  I'm not your guy but I figured it could help you with responses if I asked...

Good question Mike! I won't be living there but I'm essentially offering free rent in exchange for work with maintanence and opportunity to earn money through entrepreneurship as well
