Hi Brian, not yet but we're working on the Food Prep and Preservation badge right now behind the scenes. Thanks for reminding me about biltong! Is it different
enough from jerky to have it as its own BB? I presume so but wanted to check.
If you were to write a half sentence description of what a BB for biltong could look like, what would you say?
For instance:
Smoke cure 5 pounds of fish
Salt cure 5 pounds of pork
Apply South African magical powder in order to biltong 5 pounds of red meat
Make 5 pounds of turtle meat into biltong
etc
I just don't know the right words
