I know this isn't the answer you want, but I made a youtube account to post videos.  There's an easy way to set them up so that the video only is findable by someone with the link you post.  So anyone seeing your permies post can watch it but they can't find it by searching for it within youtube.

As Mike mentioned, you can set video as unlisted so only people with the link can find it.
