A question about BB video submissions?

Does the total length of the video need to be under 2 min, or can I have my standard end screen stuff tagged on to the end?  

Example:  

1 min 48 seconds showing the badge, then another 20 seconds showing some nifty ways to make the same thing out of different materials for the youtube audience, and 12 seconds end screen to promote my other videos.  I would also probably want 8-12 seconds promoting permies and the SKIP programme.

The badge part would be under 2 min, but the whole thing would be 2:20-2:30


Or is it that the total video has to be less than 2 min total?

From my experience submitting and approving, it needs to be close to 2 min.  I like the end screen and promotion idea too. If I were doing it and you everybody know why it is long, I’d evaluate it.

I think the point of the 2 minute limit is so that reviewers don't have to watch long videos.  If you're done with the PEP stuff in under 2 minutes and you have end credits and other stuff that stretches past that, I think it would be ok.  Maybe mention in the post that the "business part" of the BB is under 2 minutes so people aren't scared off by a 2.5 minute video.

I'll see how the video turns out.  Just a fun attempt.

It might also be a blast to try doing these new youtube shorts for BBs as youtube is big into promoting these as a way of competing with FB and the like.  That's less than 60 seconds total.
