Without going to the link provided I feel it would be really nice if someone explained what "Decentralize your Food Supply" is.

If the link was valuable enough to prove some details would also be helpful.

Grow your own food or buy from local farmers instead of depending on grocery stores. Hence the reference to food forests.

Anne, it's just about growing your own food forest. He's a permaculturist who also is promoting accommodation, education and design services. Basically spreading the good word and inspiration.
