Movie: Ponds Purchase

How do I access or watch the Ponds film I purchased yesterday 5/24?
There was a email link to the forums that was sent, but...there was some sort of browser issue...maybe cuz I made the purchase on my iPhone but use Chrome for email? Help

Is the email for your permies account the same email you used for the purchase? I can't see anything in the account you posted from here at the moment.

If you are able to provide some information, a link to the product in question would be very helpful.  Also, information about any other email addresses you may have used to complete the purchase and/or log in to permies.

The account you used to start this thread was created on 5/25, so probably the purchase was made with a different permies account & email address.

Okay, I had a bit of a look, and I don't see an obvious match for the purchase you are referencing, Randy.  After I get some more info from you, we'll have another look.  

Reminder of helpul info:
- a link to the product you purchased
- information about any other email address/permies accounts.  Sometimes these are associated with your purchase method.

The email I used to purchase “Ponds” is my personal account. I also have a business email and did not use that.
I received a link via this Gmail account … but was unable to link to it due to a “different browser” ?
I used my iPhone to process the transaction.
Tried to again access the link on the laptop (Mac) and got the same error message
My Apple credit card cleared $19.50 @ 8:54 pm on 5/24/25 to Premit’s.

Randy, I did some things. Did you get an email at your other account?

Hi Randy,
Check your browser permissions and spam filter settings.  The other thing to do is empty the cache.  
Lastly, have "permies.com" as an allowed address in your browser and email settings.  sometimes called white sites.
