It's great that environmental videos and documentaries raise awareness about issues like: global warming, plastics in the ocean, vanishing coral reefs, destruction of the Amazon, and so on.
But it often seems that something is missing: what can we do about it? Practically nobody even addresses that. So you watch these documentaries and you just feel angry, and helpless, and frustrated.
Permaculture actually gives you a place to start. A plan where people can live differently, and thereby mitigate the environmental destruction. A way to find a network of people with similar interests.
Anyway, just thought I'd mention it - meaningless drivel.
