What have I done?

So, ummm... I did a thing. While hurriedly removing my compression socks, which I removed with my finger under the 'cuff' in an extended position, I heard a snap. It felt like I had jammed it.

It feels odd, but there is currently very little swelling, and no pain. The oddness feels like it is associated with a tendon.

Hmmm... Mebe so. Thanks Burra. Article says to ice and splint. Already rigged a splint, and am icing.
