The land provides us with enough to keep the bills low and our bellies full of great food for most of the year. 100% of our meat and eggs along with 50% of our fresh veg and fruit. Those amount are increasing every year as the new plantings of trees begin to bear more fruit.
Within five years I'd like to be fully food secure. Gotta find space for a cow...
