Making my first tinctures and vinegar tinctures, I made some sage since I had plenty on hand.

I recommend not forgetting the cheese cloth before you strain, but sage works ok without too. Squeeze out liquid.

I made a sage infusion! I also added bee balm and juniper berries and black pepper to make a wonderful meat marinade from this vinegar infusion.
The vinegar, once again, was my homeade crabapplecider vinegar.
