I intended to make fresh parsley and organic garlic in white wine vinegar,   but when it came to adding the vinegar,  the cap was damaged on the white wine vinegar, so I had to switch to organic cider vinegar and change the label!   Stuff happens in the kitchen and you have to go with it, lol.

I harvested parsley, dried it, and infused it in apple cider vinegar for a few weeks.

As mild as parsley supposedly is, I was surprised by the strong smell of it within the vinegar. I can't say it's a pleasant smell.
