Yes :) They are neat trees. They are native here, I had only noticed white or pink flowered ones, (maybe yellows, I'd have to check my notes, I know there is one locally that took me quite a while to ID because it blooms very late and has odd colored flowers.)
I have three of the good fruited Cornelians in pots waiting for me to plant them :)
I'll look up the Kousa, not familiar with them, at least not by that name.
