On my property, Southern Missouri, zone 6a/b.
Pictures were taken in mid June, no clue what the flowers looked like.
Full height somewhere in the 12-15 foot range.
I did not taste the fruit.
I am not familiar with North American flora, but it reminds me of cotoneaster - e.g. cotoneaster dammeri.
Hopefully some other members has a better clue.
I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something that I can do. (E.E.Hale)
Anita: That may be it! Some of the pics online look like it, some don't. The one single berry in an odd position seems like it'll make it easy for someone to ID it....
yup, agreed, it’s a honeysuckle. there are several species of invasive bush honeysuckles in your part of the world, a bit hard to pinpoint which through pics.
