My wife is the baker in the house. She is a night person. I am a morning person. One night, before a holiday and having company over  she stayed up late and baked a number of loaves of bread. She is a messy baker. So, I got up early, earlier than normal....cleaned the kitchen..and put the bread away. I then went out to take care of the animals.  When I got back ...she was up.....and baking.   She had set the alarm so she could clean up the kitchen . The kitchen was clean. So she figured she had dreamed the whole thing and had forgotten to bake anything.

Does anyone else look at the time and have to look again 15 seconds later because you already forgot, or is that just me?

Many years ago in northern MN there was a Jack Pine Savage (a term for a person who has been in the woods too long) who decided to leave his wife.  He took his chainsaw, cut his house in half, and pulled his half to the opposite end of the property with his tractor.
