Mike brought up some good points. For myself, I'd also be very interested in more details on:
- schools of thought about permaculture, especially which one this course follows
- topics covered in the course
- typical cost and what that includes (housing? meals?)
The first permaculture book I read was Sepp Holzer's, but when I started my internet research, I found quite a few groups who had either turned permaculture into a political weapon or made a religious experience out of it. I acknowledge that one of both of those might appeal to some folks, but it was a huge turn-off for me.
Realistically, cost is moot for me because there's no way I could afford a PDC. But if others find money tight and are comparing courses, this information would be helpful.
