The kickstarter ended, the PDC ended, the ATC ended, all of the kickstarter rewards have been handed out with the exception of the thanks! Thanks to all of the folks that supported this kickstarter. It ended up WAY overfunded. It turned out that we encountered a huge amount of comedy with equipment and internet stuff, so it's good that we had the extra coin to mend all that. Plus, in the end, Tim Barker, Daniel Bender and I walked away with far too much jingle in our pocket. Which is also good because the PDC and ATC ended up going thousands of dollars into the red for me, and, of course, Tim has a loooooong way to fly - and that's ain't cheap. And nothing makes you feel loved like running a kickstarter and having the funding hit something ridiculous like 1400%!
I would also like to give an extra huge thanks to Jocelyn Campbell who put an enormous amount of work into budgets and spreadsheets and money shuffling and helping me to figure stuff out during the kickstarter. She never asked for a penny and did a mountain of work.
I would like to thank Josiah Wallinford who stepped in during the event to fix all sorts of things, including making trips to missoula for parts and to upload videos when the internet was wonky ... and never asked for a penny or compensation - in fact he kept asking if there is anything else he can do to help.
I would like to thank Tracy Wandling for ideas and support during the kickstarter, and adding lots of excellent images (better than I could have imagnined) to the kickstarter with amazing turnaround time.
I would like to thank Fred Tyler who helped with brainstorming during the kickstarter and implmentation during the event.
