Off grid location. Starting over have lots of projects such as shed, tiny house, 600 sq ft ram earth house, fencing, mulching, compost, raise beds, designing off course. Seeking nature loving people that are balance enough to work as a team. Can't stress this enough team players.  I do asking for people that have a plant base diet or trying make the switch.  You must be here to learn or have related experience.  Must be physically fit and love what you do.  At this point in time only have off grid parking to offer.  Have to be self sufficient and be off grid. Digital nomads welcome. Good internet signal here.  Lake near by. Work from home and close to nature.  Make lasting life last friends and be part of our family.  Thanks for looking and wish everyone the very best.  We're here for each other.  Peace and Oneness.

Hi Dave - sounds like a lovey offer and a great setup. If you’re within a couple of days cycling from me, I might be able to help … depending on getting an extended pass from my lovely wife. However, I have no idea where you are? You mention HOA so I’m assuming North America but that’s a big place. Would you mind giving us a rough idea to the nearest 100 miles?

Water: City or Well or rain catchment or trucked in?
Septic: City or Septic or Pumpout or Humanure?
Electric: Grid or Generator or Solar/Hydro/Wind?
Gas/Propane: Grid or 20lbs tank or 400gallon tank
Internet: Cable/Fiber or Dish or Cellular?
Housing: Tent site or room in 600sqft house or bed in 200sqft uninsulated shed or RV hookup
Income: Cousin in town looking for a waiter? $200/month helping with translation services or am I on my own
Grocery: How close is the nearby walmart and bank and lumber yard?
Do I have to hike 1/4 mile from the road to the site?
How many hours would you like me to invest per month?

Can you give more details on each project
shed: Size? Will it be stick framed with sheet metal roof and sides with slab floor?
tiny house: size, layout?
ram earth house: 600sqft, but does it come with a loft, would an earthbag work, what type of machinery will be available. Layout?
fencing: how much fencing e.g. 2000ft perimeter of 8ft high fencing every 10ft?
mulching: Are you trying to mulch 1acres before December?
raise beds: e.g. 5ft wide by 20ft beds, about 4000sqft in total aka 40beds by Spring, drip irrigation setup? kale transplant?
compost: Manure from a chicken farm + unlimited stale bread for all the beds, 5 4ftx4ftx4ft compost pile.

How cold does it get, how hot does it get?

Water: Well water nearby as well as city water both trucked in.  Rain catchment for future buildings.
Septic:  Septic and compost toilet.
Electric: Off-Grid or Generator or Solar/Hydro/Wind Your choice. That's your responsibility.
Gas/Propane: We do propone. That's your responsibility.
Internet: Cellular? Great reception on premises.
Housing: RV, camper trailer. That is your responsibility.
Income: You'll get free parking for RV or trailer.  We prefer digital nomads or work from home permis.
Grocery:Safeway near by 15 mins. Lumber yard also near by.
Do I have to hike 1/4 mile from the road to the site? yes its about that much a quarter mile to the road from the building site.
How many hours would you like me to invest per month? That will vary from person to person.  Let's say 20 hours a week in 7 days, minimum.

Can you give more details on each project
shed: Size? 12x10 ram earth.
tiny house: 30 ft. Not a priority. Last on the list.
ram earth house: 600sqft earthwork is done ready to start. One floor underground sound facing.
fencing: For garden spaces. First, cut slap wood.
mulching: Woodchip, sawdust, all types of manures from local sources.
raise beds: Will be build as needed in garden spaces.
compost: I have 45 gal pots over 100 going to start vermicomposting.
designing off course: Meaning designing permaculture spaces.
Did you already do the earthworks and now you are moving on to the mulching step: No earthworks have been done from garden spaces. We intend to build a couple of walapinis. to start.  Mulching with wood chips everywhere I can on the property.
How cold does it get, how hot does it get? South Colorado is not as cold as other places but in winter it will snow and freezes. Having said that you need to be prepared for the cold and hot temperatures.

No drinking or smoking cigarettes on the property. Like we stressed before. Balanced, independent, experienced, team players, good energy gets along with others well.  All ages welcome but maturity matters. Stand up people only.  420 friendly. Can't grow it here though.  Have to be respectful mindful of others and respect yourself as well.
