I was reading posts on various forums when the apple  and K disappeared.

I'm thinking the images just didn't load? Sometimes my internet is super slow, and never loads bits and pieces on permies.

I was actually in permies at the time and the apples, pie and K just stopped being there.  As Paul says, could be a burp on the internet?  Just happened and thought the Gir Bot and friend needed to know just in case?
All back now so this is a happy camper albeit disappointed that it is not at the lab.
