There's a big chart on page 120 of the Better World Book that lists a bunch of different poop disposal methods ranked on smell, flies, price, etc.  Might that be what you're thinking of?

I've never seen the book, just saw a post here but that sounds like it.

On page 120 of the better world book I have a table full of numbers.  Down the left side is different types of pooping contraptions (humanure, sewage treatment plant, willow feeder, etc), and across the top is six different kinds of metrics (stink factor, poop flavored well water, price, etc.).

Does that sound like it could be it?
