We have some fence in a nice breezy place. We already use it to hang laundry, but the jaggedy edges are mean on fabric.

Enter the old hose that was destined for the landfill.







I held it down with a few more twist-ties after this, but you can get the gist. Fabric friendly fence-laundry-line.
