We just got a shed added to our RV lot that we want to make a "we Shed" .  It is 12x28' with her side 16' and my garage end 12'.  We want to make her side a place where family and friends can stay with a shower, toilet, sink, bed and living space.  There is power, water and sewer to it. (Right side wall in picture)  I have no idea where to start as far as design aid or layout.  We have taped off ideas, but seeing some pictures of your homes it made us go hum that could work too.  Looking for any insite or ideas you might have.  How to search or look at pictures of ones done.  Or wants:  full size or queen bed, Shower, Toilet, kitchen with sink, hot plate and micro? sitting area for TV watching?  Thanks again.

192 sqft is pretty tight for all of those things and it look like it a little less than 192 due to the entry way. I'll try to come up with a sketch in the next day or so but off hand here are a few suggestion:

- I would have a fold out bed in lieu of dedicated bed space.
- Don't have a connecting door between the we Shed and the garage. It takes up a lot of space
- Go for a half bath and have a separate shower shed

Thank you.  We were thinking a murphy bed vs dedicated bed. I cannot do a shower shed (ccr).  We had them put the door into the garage as an option.  There is a separate man door on the garage side too.

You could make a bathroom in a 5ft by 5ft area.

Then you could have a TV + shelf + murphey bed hanging on the wall.

We dont even need a tub shower, just a small shower would work to.  I like that Murphy bed.

Consider a sliding door into the bathroom.

Actually saw a plan that just used a privacy curtain to save space too.  But a pocket or barn door is a good option.

See my sketch attached. The bed shown is queen sized.

Thanks Aaron that is great layout.  Change the bed to a murphy or hide-a and it will be a good "living space".

Put the hand basin near the bath, sliding door, and reduce bathroom, include veranda inside, add a small deck and roof to the front door.

In Aaron's layout, swap the tub for a 30" x 30" or 32" x 32" neo-angle shower in the corner opposite the door hinges, with the toilet on the bed nook side. This gives a small but fully functional bathroom in 5' x 5'.
