This week we are giving away four permies t-shirt for people who post in the gardening for beginners forum and pie to the best picture of a tree posted in the tree forum.

The promo runs Monday through Friday. Pictures must be from you.

To win, you must use a name that follows our naming policy and you must have your email set up in Paul's daily-ish email..

The winners will be notified by email and must respond within 24 hours.

I think we should point out that the pie is only for folks in the continental 48 states of the US.

Is the pie because Thursday is Pi Day (3 14) or just because you like pie?

So I ran the winner picker app in the forum software and the winners for the T-shirts are ...

Luke Pinneo
and
Tom Davis

Congratulations Luke and Tom!

I sent you an email to ask for the email address of the person that first referred you to Permies.com. That person (if qualified) will also get a copy of the book.

For the tree picture contest, the jury is still out and we should have the results in the next few days.

Awesome! Free is my favorite color!
I referred myself to permies a couple of years back, so I can't share the love of a free t-shirt. I will try to not get it greasy and full of dirt, but chances are that won't last long.

So glad to have found this website, having learned about all these great ideas here and from the permaculture knowledge set have helped me to develop and pursue more meaningful goals.

Thanks to everyone for categorizing all of this info, it's a really incredible resource -- Glad to share about it when I can.

Want to thank you for this "promo"....
Regardless of who "won", I have now learned how to include pics onto my posts.......
VERY useful skill....
Thanks to my hi-tec son who walked me through the process whilst he was at work!!!

The winner of the photo competition for the pie is

Brenda Balenga

for this rather Narnia-esque photo of cold trees taken on Mt. Tecumseh in the White Mountains of NH.

Congratulations Brenda!

Check your email - there should be one from me very soon!

This. Exactly this. This is what my therapist has been talking about. And now with a tiny ad:
