I find it fascinating how much of a difference in cost there is for everything between a heat pump and a rocket mass heater! The video is useful to me because my interests include alternative heating solutions and the science and engineering behind it. It would be great to have both!

A diy mini-split for $4,000 to keep the powers that be happy and also for air conditioning and dehumidification and possible hot water heater, then a RMH for a more biophillic lifestyle esp if an AC isn't wanted/needed.
