I didn't realize that camels can forage on cactuses.

I figure I might not be the only one to not know so enjoy some camel cactus chewing ASMR.

I can't say it surprises me, all that much? Goats have no front teeth, on top, yet they'll happily devour thorny wild blackberries - canes and all, and rose bushes. So, surprised, not really? Continued awe? Yup,  lol.

From what I've heard about the camel temperament, it seems like a match made in heaven.

Deer eat cactus, too.

They eat all the tunas off our cactus and in hard times I have seen a bite out of a pad.  

In August when the tunas are ripe they quickly disappear.

Deer might eat more pads than I know because I have so many I would not miss them.

I did indeed know, but yeah, watching them chew is so funny, and hearing it haha.
