At Christmas, I made Chicken and Dumpling. I ate all the leftover dumpling and froze what was left of the chicken.
I would like to use the Instant Pot to steam more dumpling though I don't want to use the big Instant Pot container.
I tried using a corning dish previously though I am concerned how to get the hot dish out.
What types of dishes do you use in your Instant Pot and how do you get the hot dish out?

Tinfoil sling is a popular way to get the smaller dish out of the big dish. I use a rack with handles that came with the instantpot or wrap it in a cloth with the knot at the top and lift it out that way.
The tiffin (the one that isn't air tight) is great for reheating food as it comes with a frame and a handle on top.
I have never not used the stainless steel pot that came with our Instant Pots, but we have a variety of things we use inside that — steamer baskets, pot-in-pot stacking sets etc.
That's what I'm struggling to say. It's used inside the big pot with the min amount of water in the bottom. The big pot is easy to clean, and all the food stays in the smaller pots.
I would never use the Instant Pot without the container it came with.
When I used the corning dish I followed the instructions like adding 2 1/2 cups water to that container.
As R suggested I used the rack with handles that came with the Instant Pot with the corning dish though it seems heavy for the rack.
I bought some silicone gloves though they will not be here before I want to make the dumplings.
Has anyone tried those cute little Lid Mitts? I am just afraid the instant Pot will be to hot for sticking my hands inside.

I am thinking I might have a set of stainless steel mixing bowls that might work.
I was just curious what others have found that works.

you folks that can, do you have a thing to get cans jars out of the boiling water? I have something similar that opens up to pick up anything round, looks like this but mine is a bit bigger.
I don't use an instant pot, but I steam a lot of things in my rice cooker, and often it's something on a plate that needs to get taken out.
Lacking that, the tinfoil (or towel) sling can't be beat.
