To be allowed to pay for deep roots or ant village, you must put in 6 months in the bootcamp.

Cut 2 months off for people that have PEP1.

And yes, if you get pep1 during your time in the bootcamp, then that counts for cutting two months off.

(people who have already made arrangements are grandfathered in)

I think this is a great idea.  
Ant village is a long term commitment and it will take the skills learned in the bootcamp to build a permaculture paradise up there.   I think for someone who wants to move to Wheaton Labs, this is an excellent path.
