Nice design. Using a pallet for the base is a smart way to keep the wood off the ground, and it looks like it'll provide good airflow. I'd just make sure the OSB is protected from the weather, as it doesn't hold up well if it stays wet. Otherwise, it looks like a practical and inexpensive setup.
