Loved the video, really great.  But I would never recommend anyone have so many apples in a permaculture planting...I don't like the grass or plastic either.  Having said that I totally understand why the orchard is the way it is and will always recommend this movie.

Thanks for the link. Just bought the digital download. I listened to his podcast with Diego on the way home from work yesterday and it was great. Given that, and the glowing reviews above, why not cough up $12 and support the creator?

I give this DVD 10 out of 10 acorns. It really is a marvelous video. I managed to catch it one of the times it was free, and learned a lot about pruning trees and guilds. One of my favorite things that I learned was using hostas--which are edible!--as an understory for fruit trees. I love how they shade out the ground so weeds/grass can't grow, are edible, and are low maintenance (my ducks eat the slugs, so that's not a problem for us). I would love to watch this video again!

I give this film 10 out of 10 acorns.  It is so fun to watch, that I've seen it probably ten times.  I really enjoy the commentary, the music, and the subject matter.  Miracle farms is amazing, and the polyculture method is smart for any planting size.

Why is the word "abbreviation" so long? And this ad is so short?
