2016 support for HD streaming for better wood heat

I have not received an email for the streaming version of the cob heater video.  I'm sorry but I do not have a Vimeo ID. Thanks Errol Smith

I think step one is to sign up for vimeo so you will have a vimeo id.  It's free, and you really can't watch the streaming videos without an account.

Julia is absolutely right. Errol, once you've signed up for a Vimeo account, follow the steps in this post to find your user ID, and then email that to me at destinyATrichsoilDOTcom, and I'll get you taken care of.

I sent you an email a little over a week ago.  That email had the links in it for the videos.  If you did not see the email with the links, then please check your spam box.


Man I am sorry for being a pest but i have 28 items in my spam all several months old. I see all the dailyish updates, and the kick starter updates. No email with links.

I am trying to figure this out.

I sent an email to destiny asking her to provide me with the email that she sent you asking for your vimeo id.   Desinty's email would have asked you for your vimeo id.  Do you know your vimeo id?

I went to vimeo and verified that I am following you.  And then I verified that I had given you access to the four videos.

Is it possible that the email that I sent you is in your spam box?

I've been trying to work out my own, self inflicted, email issues to access old email messages.  I still haven't got it to work.

This is my first post, and unfortunately it outs me as an oblivious email user.  I never got the scubbly token for the RMH downloads and finally thought to check the trash folder.  It only keeps things for a few weeks before "cleaning".
Sooo, I can't find it.
Is there another chance/ way to get the token?

I finally got around to digging up what level I did the kickstarter for so I would know what I was waiting for since I keep seeing all the update emails. It looks like I did $50 and should have received the vimeo links, but I never did. Based on some of the other posts in this thread, I logged into Vimeo to see if they were there, but I didn't see anything.  What should I check next?

Hi Nancy - so what you should check next would be your spam, a lot of times emails with lots of links wind up there. However, since it's been over a month since they were sent, they might already be gone.

If you can't find them, please email me at destinyATrichsoilDOTcom, and I'll get a fresh set over to you right away.

Just got the 8 DVD HD steaming set a few days ago!

I try to view the videos, any of the 8 DVDs does not matter, and during streaming they freeze.

It takes some time to continue and they freeze again... a video that lasts 1.5hours would take me about 2 to 2.5hrs...
Don't have that time to waste...

Sometimes it does not even continue so I stop and do something else...

My internet connection is very fast. I tried this on two different PCs on two different locations.
I even restarted the "modems" and does not make a difference...

I live in Qatar right now. Did you have any issues with this country, or am I the first one to try to watch them from here?

Any ideas please???

I was going to blame your internet connection, but you covered that.   When you say "very fast" - can you tell me how fast?  We keep all of our videos at vimeo.   If you play other videos at vimeo, do you have the same problem?

Well, I just did a speedtest and the download is 90.37Mbps and upload is 93.87Mbps...
I think that's pretty good...

I don't spend much time on vimeo in general, but I will check other videos out and see how that goes...

My feeling for this problem is due to being in Qatar. I know they are controlling/monitoring things in this country... For example skype video calling is not a happy camper here...

Anyway, thanks for the feedback... I will see what to do about it...
