I checked in with our dev guy and he says all of our automatic systems should have sorted this out.  He's taking a look and says in an hour or two it should all be sorted.

It might be in you "my stuff"

Top right of screen there is a circle which gives a drop down menu.   "My stuff" should be there.

Pretty sure it's the same for mobile view.

If it's not there, there is a private forum for each kickstarter where you can get help specific to that kickstarter.

I supported the Willow Feeder Kickstarter.  I was not able to download the movie and the willow feeder schematic when the link was first sent to me.  And I cannot find a down load now that does not have another paywall.  Can you help me???  I do not want to pay for something I have already paid for, and I do want the schematic for the willow feeder both indoor and outdoor.
